Eagles Travel To New Hope

Pisgah Eagles (6-1) @ New Hope Indians(2-5)
Series: Pisgah leads 12-3
Last Meeting: Pisgah 25 New Hope 19
Last Five Games: Pisgah 5-0, New Hope 2-3

The Eagles travel to New Hope in hopes of adding one more win to the good column.

Pisgah will rely on the legs of Josh Sensor and Jeb Woods, both backs rushed for over 100 yards last week against Sylvania.

The field conditions will most likely deny much of a passing attack, but Blair Kenimer should have no troubles finding open receivers against the Indians.

If the season ended today, Pisgah would be tied with Sardis for the region title, those two are set to play next week with the Lions taking on Susan Moore tonight.

A Sardis win along with a Pisgah win tonight would ensure the Eagles a first-round home playoff game. A Sardis loss would make next week's game against the Lions extremely interesting, with tie-breaking procedures that could send the Eagles to first or even down as far as third in the region standings.

Needless to say, tonight will tell a big part in the story of 3A Region 6.
